The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) requires all companies to lodge a variety of documents and maintain certain registers. We can guide you as to these requirements and then prepare and lodge all such documents electronically.

V J Ryan & Co is home to the registered office of several hundred companies and the Partners hold the positions of directors and company secretaries to a large number of these companies.
